[Demonstration Experiment] Prox Thermal Insulation Sheet Comparison Monitoring 2

The difference is a whopping 23°C! Introducing a demonstration experiment that conducted temperature comparisons using thermography.

We would like to introduce a demonstration experiment comparing temperatures using thermography between two identical buildings: one without "heat-insulating sheets" and one with them installed. The roof temperature of the uninstalled building was approximately 53°C, while the roof temperature of the installed building was about 30°C. This resulted in a remarkable difference of 23°C. 【Monitoring Overview】 ■ Roof temperature of the uninstalled building: Approximately 53°C ■ Roof temperature of the installed building: Approximately 30°C *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Demonstration Experiment] Prox Heat Shielding Sheet Comparison Monitoring 1

Data was collected at 30-minute intervals to monitor the temperature changes during the day!

We would like to introduce a demonstration experiment measuring indoor temperatures in two identical buildings, one with and one without "heat-insulating sheets" installed. A thermometer was placed about 30 cm under the roof at a location approximately 100 cm from the south wall (same conditions). Monitoring the temperature changes during the day recorded a difference of 10°C. If you would like to experience the effects, please feel free to contact us. We will guide you to a nearby model factory. 【Locations of Indoor Thermometers】 ■ No.1 & No.2 - Installed about 30 cm under the roof at a location approximately 100 cm from the south wall (same conditions) ■ No.3 & No.4 - Installed at about 150 cm above ground on the back wall (north wall) of factories and warehouses where heat tends to accumulate (same conditions) ■ Outdoor Temperature (No.5) - Installed at about 150 cm above ground outdoors, between the unrenovated and renovated buildings *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Prox Heat Insulation Sheet - Monitoring Comparison for Detached House Attic Installation

Insulation sheets were installed in the attics of adjacent wooden houses under the same conditions! The temperature of a room with the same conditions and no openings was measured.

This is an introduction to a comparative monitoring conducted using our "Prox Thermal Insulation Sheet" installed in the attic of a detached house. We installed the thermal insulation sheet in the attic of an adjacent wooden house under the same conditions and measured the temperature of a room with the same conditions, without any openings. As a result, due to the overwhelming thermal insulation effect, heat was blocked from entering the room, resulting in a temperature difference of approximately 5°C during the day. [Conditions for the Measurement Period] - The measurement devices were installed in the same location and under the same conditions (the size of the room (6 tatami mats), the position, size, and direction of windows allowing sunlight were all the same). - No human activity took place in the relevant room. - The relevant room was not air-conditioned, and the doors were not opened or closed. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
